Frank Todaro (born May 1, 1977) is an American voice actor and is well established for his dynamic vocal range. Born in Flushing, Queens, Todaro has lent his voice to a variety of original shows, English versions of Japanese anime, and video games. Todaro is a Los Angeles based voice actor, actor and emcee of live events, best known in his roles as Mugman in The Cuphead Show!, Rakshas & Bonebeard in the 2016 Berserk series, Kanjiru in Hunter × Hunter: The Last Mission, Rodrigo Briscoletti in Dragon Quest: Your Story, Bugenhagen in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and Tamami Kobayashi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

Career Through voice-overs, Frank Todaro has voiced a variety of characters including Starscream in the Transformers franchise, Mugman in The Cuphead Show, Rodrigo in Dragon Quest: Your Story, and several characters in Fire Emblem: Heroes and Three Houses. Todaro has also contributed creature sounds for various television shows, movies, and games.

Todaro was the host of “The Invisible World,” an award-winning and paranormal-based radio program, where he regularly interviewed guests across various professions and discussed topics ranging from the latest scientific topics and discoveries to paranormal phenomena. Furthermore, Todaro has lectured on space-related topics (including the New Horizon’s Probe at 2014 World’s Science Fair) and emceed various events like BotCon (2015, 2016) and the Space Fronter Foundation’s New Space gala as well has having acted in several New York based improv troupes including “Start Trekking” and “Fury,”
