WORK
I am a middle-aged structural engineer employed by Geiger Engineers in Suffern, NY. I want to try to improve the communication between engineers and the general public. Presently, I think all engineers, especially in the traditional fields, are in need of more respect and prestige and I'd like to help improve the engineering community's image.
LIFE
My father was an electrical engineer, I have five brothers, and I am married to a Number Theorist. I enjoy all aspects of geekery. I'm also interested in literature, films, music, knitting, and hiking.
