Mike Harvey is on Newstalk 1070 KNTH Houston in the afternoons from 2pm-8pm. He started his career, after wetting his feet for 6 months at a broadcasting school from a local radio station in Warren, Ohio. His first gig followed shortly at WRRO in Warren. He made a quick stop at KCEP (Vegas) for a hot minute.

Las Vegas lead to Los Angeles were he took a few brush-up semesters at LA Valley College, and ended up as a Production assistant at KLSX/KRLA to start his major market experience. He moved from “The City of Angeles” to “The Alamo City” to host afternoons KCHL (San Antonio) for 2 years.

Los Angeles called him back to spend a few seasons at Salem Communications cluster KLTX/KKLA/KIEV. Mike left LA to host Midday’s at KSLR (San Antonio) for 5 years.

Mike walked across town to Jammin 94.1 KTFM (San Antonio) for a year, eventually waltzing his way to Houston, reclaiming his place in the Salem Communications family. Today, Mike locally hosts the afternoon drive on Newstalk 1070 KNTH.
