I have been a writer at heart for most of my life. Communication, sharing knowledge, and growing as a human being are at the core of everything I do. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma. I am an active blogger, social media addict, and digital industry writer.

I co-host a weekly Twitter chat about best practices in social media marketing, #SocialChat. I am also a contributing writer for Search Engine Watch. I have been a guest blogger for Search Engine Journal, Social Times, aimClear, and Search Marketing Wisdom, to name a few. I have also had the privilege of speaking at conferences like Socialize Toronto, Search Marketing Expo, and Search Engine Strategies Conference. I have been invited as a featured guest on Webmaster Radio and several industry Hangouts on Air. In the tiny sliver of free time I have left, I enjoy traveling, snorkeling, salsa dancing, and reading great books. I am also a self-published Indy novelist.
