[edit]Michael T. Zaki is the current elected president of The Australian Egyptian Forum Council - AEFC. He is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in leadership and management across multiple sectors and countries, including the USA, Egypt, Australia, Sudan, Kenya, Tunisia, and France. Michael has held numerous leadership roles and successfully managed various projects within multinational corporations and organizations such as Motorola, France Telecom, Orange, Fujitsu, HP, Bank of Queensland Group, and Vodafone.
In addition to his professional achievements, Michael is deeply committed to community service, dedicating his time, skills, and expertise to supporting the communities he works with. His involvement spans various roles, including:

- Advocacy and outreach
- Capacity building
Michael’s contributions to the community include serving as a United Nations Volunteer and holding several executive roles within the Australian Egyptian Forum Council before being elected as its president. He has also contributed significantly to other organisations such as The Coptic Episcopal Youth Service, The Catholic Education Office in Sydney, the Souteer Scholarship Program, which support education for disadvantaged students, and the Project Managers Without Borders - PMWB.
