Tutorial 2: Activity 2, From Scratch
The initial wikipedia page on Nutriton doesn't include any titles or subtitles at all. This is the first element I would change, including headings on topics such as macro and micro nutrients in nutrition, why nutrition is important, what research has been done in it and the impact of nutrition on one's health. I would also elaborate on the existing information on diseases caused by malnutrition.
The inclusion of notable nutritionists, journal articles on topics of nutrition, documentaries and sources of information would also be a good improvement to the page.
Statistics relevant to nutrition, for example deaths caused by nutrition related disease, from different countries around the world would also give a broader view of the global relevance of nutrition.
The addition of graphics for the government approved food pyramid, and other nutrition related diagrams, would make the cite more visually pleasing.
Further links to government pages and other notable nutrition cites or articles would give the reader more information to explore thus expanding their knowledge.
Tutorial 3: Activity 1 - Quality and importance ratings in WikiProjects
The Mormon Transhumanist Association
Quality rating: Start class
To improve this article, further detail into the association should be given. Perhaps further information into the history of the association as well as their beliefs and the importance of them.
An update of their demographics would also give the page more relevance.
Information into the type of work they do and examples of this work would give readers a further understanding of the purpose of this association.
Location where the association is present and engaged would give readers an idea of the demographic of the community.

Activity 1: Ideas for your article
Wikiproject: maple syrup
This article includes a brief background on Maple with a more in depth description of it later in the article. It also includes, the production, nutritional content, cultural significance, commerce, types of maple, and other categories relevant to the product. The thorough information given about this product, and the breakdown of the various considerations that come into play when farming and selling maple gives me an idea of the types of topics i should cover in my own page. It is also a good example of a quality article of which the structure could be adapted to my own.
