Crimes that are considered a felony would be charges like aggravated assault, domestic violence, drug offended crimes, kidnapping, manslaughter, rape. [1] The person who is being accused may hire a criminal defense lawyer to help with counsel and representation dealing with a serious case that the District Attorney's Office has reasonable evidence of the persons action at times present exculpatory evidence that negates potential charges by the prosecutor.
