Like many other female editors in Wikipedia history, I have become burned out from the overly aggressive behavior of so many editors who are always ready for argument and seldom look for compromise, who consort together using means and methods outside WPs more public communication channels to pounce on other editors at any sign of "weakness" (such as not being wiling to engage in endless conflict), whose outlook on the world is so tainted by conflict and war as to never admit of peace and collaboration, and who show little regard or respect for work some editors have done over many years. For at least the time being, I will be taking a Wiki break. Many thanks to the few editors here who do approach their contact with others in good humor and cooperative spirit. The Tireless Contributor Barnstar
For chugging along despite what must surely be a taxing academic schedule and for tirelessly motivating myself and others to do our part, despite unwavering demands from real life, to contribute to articles dealing with globalization, to which no topic compares in timeliness and relevancy.
