Hari Rathan is a health advocate and founder of Equity Healthcare an youth-led organisation, based in the UK (London). It aims to empower young people who aspire to be healthcare professionals to volunteer at underperforming healthcare institutes after he realised the stress the NHS was under especially after Coronavirus Pandemic. His organisation also runs an international free STEM and Ethical Journal to educate the public on breakthroughs in the STEM world that hugely affect our daily lives that many wouldn't have known about before. The journal also talks about issues in the world like climate change, drug addiction, mental health, and wars from an ethical standpoint.
He also runs a TikTok account called medwithhari where he documents his journey from a GCSE student aiming for all grade 9s (A*) to a Harvard /Cambridge student where he to intends to study medicine. On his account, he also helps other GCSE students get enhanced grades by posting educational gcse and self improvement videos on the platform everyone is scrolling on all day.
Hari wishes to be more involved in youth politics especially to do with healthcare so in the near future he wishes to join the UK youth parliament, NHS Youth Forum and ST John Ambulance forums to tackle issues in healthcare in the UK and the problems in youth like gang grooming
