Mchezela, his name is Kulwa Sabinus Mchezela. He was born on Tuesday of 27 march 1990 in a little village called Sima in Sengerema district of Mwanza region, the biggest city of the lake zone in Tanzania.

He is the first son of Mr Sabinus and Ms Secilia who permanently reside in sima village since their marriage in 1988. The couple was lucky to have their twins two years after their wedding though it took only three months for Mchezela to be alone after death of his twin (Dotto)

This is what marked a start of his nick name "Masaga". The nick name Masaga is derived from sukuma language. The name is commonly given to one of the twin remaining after death of the other twin. This name literaly mean "the remainder".
