Matthew Ford Kern is an enterprise architect and system engineer who works as a contractor for the US Federal Government.

His academic credentials include: A certificate in electronic warfare from CCAP, granted 1978, 38 semester hours at 97%+; A Bachelors of Science from Pennsylvania State University in Electrical Engineering granted 1985; A post-baccalaureate certificate in the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework from Call State East Bay, Granted 2006, 16 Hrs at 4.0; A post-baccalaureate certificate in the Department of Defense Architecture Framework from Call State East Bay, Granted 2007, 16 Hrs at 4.0; A Masters of Science Degree from National University, at this writing still in progress.

His Certifications currently Include: CEA (FEAF) from FEAC Institute; CEA (DODAF) from FEAC Institute; CISSP from (isc)2; ISSAP from (isc)2.
