The following is a list of GFDL-compatible wikis where one can reference and move content from Wikipedia to.

The interwiki map keyword (if defined) is a word defined by meta:Interwiki map such that an internal wikilink can be used to point to the offsite material. For example, if the keywork is "ExampleShow", then one can refer to an article on the external wiki through [[ExampleShow:topic]]

The external link box template provides a template that can be inserted in wikitext to provide a small box that indicates more information on either the topic supplied as the first argument, or if not supplied, the current article name.
