1.19
The 1.19 rollout continues. And a number of bugs continue to be revealed. I think we're seeing the bugs since we're watching the Village Pumps more closely. My thought is that In the past regressions weren't caught when they were introduced and, although people complained about the changes they saw, they got used to them and just decided that is the way life is. I hope that with more careful Village Pump watching (by me) and better regression testing (driven by Chris McMahon, hopefully), we'll get better about finding problems and avoiding them in the future.
Huggle
Huggle development has started using Bugzilla as its bug tracker. My hope is that we can begin to expose more Wikipedians to Bugzilla and get them comfortable with reporting bugs there, as well as, perhaps, getting them to fix some bugs.
Triage and weekend
Just before the weekend started, I held a triage of the 1.19 bugs and thought we had a good handle on the bugs. Then, the weekend happened and more bugs were discovered. That and getting the 1.19 code fixes reviewed have created a lot of work to get done before 1.19 rollout can be put to bed.
