1.19 push is in earnest now!

Code Review
I held two code review sessions on Monday and Tuesday. The most code left for review was — and is — Aaron's new work on FileBackend. Tim is probably the main reviewer of that code, but Aaron is very prolific.
Other code review work was mostly ensuring that the MediaWiki 1.19/Revision report was kept up to date and that code was tagged usefully.
After tagging a number of FIXMEs “nodeploy” (see AFTv5, below), I also modified the script that creates the revision report so that it wouldn't include those revisions in the FIXME list.
1.19 blocker triage
We had a triage meeting to go over the bugs tagged for 1.19 and reduced the list a little.
AFTv5 review nagging
After discussion with other developers and realizing that the Article Feedback Tool didn't really impede deployment, despite having a substantial number of FIXME, I was able to tag them “nodeploy”.
Beta.wmflabs.org
Work is mostly done on this and I've handed off any ongoing coordination to User:Reedy. With Guillome's help, I also published a post on the WMF blog that brought enough curious users to the beta cluster to make it run out of memory)
