Schöner, Marion
[edit]My name is Marion Schöner and I was born in Augsburg, Germany, on September 23rd, 1978.
After elementary school at my home town Thierhaupten I attended the Maria-Ward-Gymnasium in Augsburg from 1988 to 1997. After graduating I worked as an aupair on Long Island for 13 months. This experience was only one reason that led me to study English and Geography to become a teacher. Having successfully finished my Master of Arts and my teacher's degree in 2004, I am currently working on my doctoral thesis in English linguistics and as a lecturer at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
I'm co-editor of the internet platform Onomasiology Online
