• Salvador Agron a.k.a. "The Capeman" - A Puerto Rican gang member who murdered two teenagers in a Hell's Kitchen park in 1959. Agron was the subject of the musical "The Capeman" by Paul Simon.

• Roberto Cofresí a.k.a. "El Pirata Cofresí" - The most renowned pirate in Puerto Rico.

• Antonio Correa Cotto - The first outlaw to gain legendary status in Puerto Rico

• José Maldonado Román a.k.a. "Aguila Balnca" - Revolutionary who was considered an outlaw by the authorities and a hero along the lines of Robin Hood by the local "Jibaros" (humble farmers).

• Raymond Márquez a.k.a. "Spanish Raymond" - Harlem numbers kingpin
