The SEQanswers community is an open access forum that new tools, techniques and pipelines to be rapidly announced, tested and benchmarked within the High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS) community. The SEQanswers wiki (SEQwiki) is a structured catalogue of bioinformatics tools for HTS analysis that is actively maintained by all members in the community. SEQwiki provides structured data for each tool, including the input and output data types and formats, the tool's capabilities, as well as provenance details. The SEQwiki currently hosts pages for over 400 unique software tools and associated them with around 350 literature references and 500 web links.
