I believe I am addressing the correct department, so the most disturbing facts in this email may not be warranted as adequate strategic, as in economical, rather than persuasive, actions most probably will help prevent what otherwise could have been a serious threat to the security of your nation as well as a great emerging blind spot on the map of current science of the Western world.

(Unfortunately I do not have the chance to make all adequate decisions as to where to post, whom to turn to etc right now, I hope you understand this - it should be obvious from what is written below.)

My name is Marco Saarela (personal number 690723-9351, Swedish citizen). I believe I am not toatally off by saying that I have to be, if not inherently the most talented, then at least the most profilic visualizer in Europe - although this position has lended me unable to make myself known to the public, as every effort has been - and is been - made to assure my anonymosity. What has surfaced for me, albeit in a very chsaotic way because of circumstances, is a kind of holographic / synchronistic consciousness, very likely to be of great significance right down to Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence - in fact I believe that we might come to sense the presence of alien intelligence decidedly and univocally not so much in sensory, nor in cognitive, terms but in terms of "meaning". (Also, wwhat has surfaced is perplexing intuitive mathematical abilities that can be ascribed to associative, even synesthetic sensory-cognitive functioning.)

Light a an information carrier behaves very differently for me nowadays: by simply and intuively following a chain of visible events occurring before my eyes I can sense the connection between them. (And even un-visible events to an extent, hitherto not adequately researched - somewhat analoguous of following a train of thought. Another way is to perceive it as a sort of precognition. (Act of precognition?)

This may be an emergent result of experiments that has been conducted on me, along with circumstances and psychological and genetic resources - and in itself the perhaps most important thing to emphasize, not only as an object of scientific (or other) study, but something that would bring unpreceded scientific snd socio- economical value simply if granted basic human rights. More about that below. In any case I am not given the possibilities to evolve so it is very difficult to predict exactly how my consciousness would turn out in a neutral, or even supporting environment, since I believe it might be on the leading edge in many ways already. At the very least I am in a unique position when it comes to making >conscious< statements about ethical issues regarding technology and mankind.

Otherwise I am being held in ignorance of the current development and the possibilities it brings, so unfortunately I lack adequate training in visual communications - on the other hand I, or we, in Europe (and I do not even know exactly who I mean by "we") must be in a position to have something unique to offer once we get the democratic bit right, which my most influentical electronical surroundings have problems with - and that is something from which I suffer. If you could please give me advice on how to proceed in order to get recognition, that is, possibilities to develop and bring the profit I am able of bringing to the industry and the scientific community, then I would be most grateful. Maybe what we need is scientifical funding by a suitable research contract; in that case I hope you can forward this request to the appropriate individuals or departments. Maybe what is needed is a budget proposal with rich funding so we can provide you with all the scientific information and possibilities - also in order for the USA to be able to protect themselves from international terrorists who have got their hands on too technologically advanced equipment?

I have tried to make myself known to NASA and I believe you might have begun to understand the situation on some level; I regard the possibilities they have to offer as one of the potential career futures in an optimistical, although realistic, future - at least that´s where I feel my heart is.

Unfortunately I do not have more than sporadic access to the net, my banking account has been emptied, I have lost my ID papers as well as my cell phone (I have filled out a Green Card application form and have been contacted by representatives, but I was unable to follow up my registration), so you can reply to this email account (although it is not secure) or write a letter to me.

I believe one of the difficulties is to be able to authorize myelf as one single person, and to make known the amount of personal suffering accumulated. I am, while writing this, in rather marked somatic pain by electronical harassment and exhausted by psychological abuse. These seem to be the favorite pastime of my perpetrators when I am not fulfilling my role of a bio-computer to their satisfaction. In any circumstance I am giving massive profit to them every minute of my life (information-exchange that never reaches to me from the outside world as well as economical), although as I said, this profit is very limited in comparison to what I would be able to produce if they would be able to question their motives and transform their sadistic inclination to something more beneficial for mankind. In fact much must be difficult to even believe. (Of course we also have to do with legal issues regarding intellectual property.)

Unfortunately the same individuals seem right now to be interested in limiting and distorting extremely vital information for the public (my identity information to begin with) in favour of keeping their current habits alive, thus destroying my life and threatening to do the same to my family and friends after my death. I am, and have been for many years, used as a (unconsenting!) guinea-pig for experiments in biophotonics(?) and even nanotechnology, with some aeronautic / military application. If this development does not come to a halt, we may stand before a future scenario worthy of the most dystopic sci-fi writers. Maybe that is why I am so optimistical, even in this position - one always believed that nightnmares like the one my life has turned out to be was not to be accidentally realized in real life, because it was acted out in a book or in the movies. Unfortunately it does not seem to be that easy, we have to make a collective effort in order to not lose our basic values as the rapid scientific advances opens up the way for destructive forces not many people can, or should, have experienced first hand. Do not let their number to grow.

Yet, as one of the most - or maybe >the< most - revolutionizing advances in science at this point in time is unveiling itself, it is doing so in the worst possible way - in fact it is on collision course - with the greatest amount personal suffering and collective danger for whatever profit might come out of it. I know for a fact that the profit would be higher by not throwing all humanness overboard. Maybe it is all about doing everything wrong, an existential solution on behalf of on a couple of researchers to keep something marvellous to themselves, and even instead turning it into a disaster, completely banal in such (in developing towards less complexity, even dramatically, as "disaster"). In that case it is completely perverted - but I have no other explanations, because why not value value?

Please help me. You will not be dissapointed by giving me possibilities to provide you with the science of the future, believe me.

I feel very frustrated and threatened. Human intelligence is wasted

not only on unnecessary suffering by the hour, but also on applying suffering in other human beings, instead of saving human lives, like for instance by freeing intelligence to let us develop systems for disaster avoidment, like we already very well might have been able to do for instance in China.
