Manoj R. Pandey (born in 1986) is an Actor, active mainly in Bhojpuri Film Industry and appeared in various Bhojpuri films viz., JANTA DARBAR, LAHARIYA LOOTA YE RAJAJI, MAI NAGIN TU NAGINA, KHOON BHARI MANGA, SAUGHAND GANGA MIYA KI, PYAR HO KE RAHI, RAJAJI etc., he is also a younger brother of Rajkumar Pandey[1] an Indian film director, producer, music composer and screenwriter, known for his works in Bhojpuri films and paternal uncle of Pradeep Pandey (alias Chintu Pandey)[2] an Indian actor active in Bhojpuri Industry and his another elder Vijay R. Pandey is one of the well know DOP in Bhojpuri Industry. He is popularly know as 'Action Samrat' of Bhojpuri Industry and also called by the name of 'MRP Boss' by his followers. He also received a best actor debuted award for his film LAHARIYA LOOTA YE RAJAJI (Bhojpuri) wherein he acted along side popular actor MR. Ravi Kisan. His other super hit films includes KAISAN PIYWA KE CHARITAR BAA, BALIYA KE DABANGHAI etc. He started his career as Asst. Director of popular serials viz., Saas Bhi kabhi Bhau Thi, Sanjivani, Ayushman, Sathiya, Wo Rehnewali Mehlo Ki, Aye Dile Nadan, Jaye Kaha, Kanha, etc., and also assisted as director in various movies viz., Jana-Lets Fall in Love, Vivaha-2, lagal Raha Aye Rajaji, Dewana, Saat Saheliya, Devera Bada Satawela, E Rista Anmol Baa, Saiya Ke Saath Madaiya Me, Alla Ke Bande etc.
