Sobhi A. Batterjee

Sobhi Batterjee [1] is the Chairman of Middle East Healthcare Company (MEAHCO)[2]; Founder and Group President of the Saudi German Hospital Group (SGH); [3] Chairman of Bait Al Batterjee Medical Co Ltd [4]; Chairman of Batterjee Medical College [5]; Chairman of Humania Captial [20] and Chairman of various subsidiaries and associated companies of Bait Al Batterjee.

Sobhi was the former Chairman of the National Health Committee at the National Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh[6], as well as former Chairman of the Jeddah Health Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce.[7]

Sobhi started his career as an Electrical Engineer after obtaining his master's degree with honors from the University of Colorado, USA. [8]

About Middle East Health Company (MEAHCO)

Sobhi founded MEAHCO, and co founded by Khalid Batterjee, under the brand of Saudi German Hospital, which has a presence in Jeddah, Aseer, Riyadh, Madinah and Hail. The construction of SGH facilities in Dammam and Makkah are also close to completion. [9][10][11]

MEAHCO provides management supervision services to other Saudi German Hospitals and Medical Campuses owned by Bait Al Batterjee Company (BAB) in Dubai, Cairo, Ajman, Sharjah, Sanaa, Alexandria, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Zenata. [12][13][3][14]
