Its already enough information in this article about How criminal justice was created and the purpose on the justice system I would say this article needs to improve on The effects on the criminal justice system around the world. The year criminal justice was created is enforced so many times in this article so its no need to add it. I have strong feeling that we need to add more information on how the criminal justice process works

  • Criminal justice it includes the punishment of people who violate these laws. Criminal law varies according to jurisdiction,[3] and differs from civil law, where emphasis is more on dispute resolution and victim compensation than on punishment. Every state has different laws that we must obey.Felonies and Misdemeanors.[1]The cases are generally categorized as felonies or misdemeanors based on their nature and the maximum imposable punishment or in other words there action.Criminal justice system consists of 3 major parts the(1) legislative (2) adjudication/courts and (3) corrections prisons parole[5].
