The Outcasts (Irish Band)

The Outcasts is an Irish band formed in 2020 by Mai and CJ

They first rose to fame after their song 'teal tears' topped the UK Top 69. Originally named 'Soup', they renamed themselves August 21st 2020.

As of current, The Outcasts has two members, Tralee natives that go by Mai (Born 3rd of January) and CJ (Born 22nd of August). Mai is the main vocalist and guitarist while CJ is main guitarist and drummer. Their manager, known by many names such as 'nocturnal buddy', 'The Wolfe Tones' and 'daddy' is actually a music bot named Rythm on the software known as Discord[1]

Before Fame

Before fame, CJ and Mai were students at different schools that were equally as sh*t By the age of 7, CJ had mastered the tin whistle, around this time, Mai had barely learnt to walk in a straight line, they are a year apart, Mai being one year younge. Side note; to this day, CJ still cannot walk in a straight line due to a sports injury that happened in his youth. Friends of CJ and Mai were supportive, a rough translation is that they didn't do sh*t to help and they carried the band to fame themselves.

Now

Due to their massive success, Mai and CJ are both multi-billionaires. Mai no longer buys off brand tortilla chips, meanwhile, CJ owns 3/4 of Hawaii and has a great dane named Scoobert Doobert Doot, which was originally called Scooby Dooby Doo but he changed it after being sued 69 million by Iwao Takamoto, Joe Ruby and Ken Spears, the original creators of Scooby Doo.

Another thing, Mai owns a tiger and when asked why a tiger of all things, the response was "Because I f**king can, you can do anything when you're financially stable."
