Koate Nunaaelbabari Maxwell was born in Kpor, Gokana Local Government, Rivers State.

He got His Primary Education at Community Primary School 1, Kpor there he obtained The First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC). Government Secondary School Kpor he obtained his West African Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSC) and the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State where he bagged his Bachelor's degree (B.Sc Ed) Accounting and Education. He also enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy and got certified in IT Computer Essentials.
