Magimbu is my pseudonym. My name is Jorge Nicolas Hernandez. I got my PhD in Physics from JILA and the university of Colorado in 2017. I am a researcher, mentor, and science communicator. Currently, I am the Associate Director of Research and Knowledge Transfer at STROBE, a research center on functional nanoimaging that operates across six campuses in the USA, including Berkeley, UCLA, and CU Boulder.

I own, direct, and produce a bilingual science podcast called: latinolabs.

I am huge fan of wikipedia and a monthly donor since I have had monthly income. I am hoping to contribute to it with the knowledge I have acquired.
