There are many points of interest while walking along the riverwalk such as the Grand Pavillion, Centeniall Beach and grill, Millenium Carillion in Moser Tower and many more.

There was be development on the Naperville Riverwalk on Water street. They will be adding retail shops and a hotel called Hotel Indigo. The demolition is expected to happen on the week of April 5,2015. It is expected to take 15-18 months to complete.

City Of Naperville made the River walk as the centerpiece of its development strategy. River walk evolved into an attractive tourist spot and enhanced Naperville as the city to live in after the famous Chicago downtown. Naperville caters to its residents as well as visitors, it holds numerous events throughout the year like the Last fling around the River walk and has managed to enhance its image around Chicago and the country. Naperville River walk has been featured in many distinguished magazines Internationally and around the country. Water Street District is a commercial development, but this is going to bring a lot of tourist to the riverwalk. They are constructing directly on the riverwalk too. 3 million people come to Naperville. Also, they are planning to expand the riverwalk. The hotel itself will be directly overlooking the riverwalk itself.
