Chocolate hills- the hills are located throughout the towns of Carmen, Batuan and sagbayan and consist of about 1,776 mounds of the same general shape. During the dry season when precipitation in inadequate, the grass-covered hills turn chocolate brown hence the name in reference to a branded confectin. 2.Boracay- the name Boracay attributes to different origins.The island's indigenous ATI people say that the name is the island came from the inati world BARA meaning bubby, and BOCAY meaning white. 3.Hinataan Enchanted River- the river called the enchanted river because of the engkantos that dwell ther.Their legentalso say that the river is haunted by supernatural beings which act as it's protectors.4.Tagaytay- the word tagaytay came from the Filipino words TAGA means to cut and ITAY means Father.The name originnated from a story of a father And son who were said to be on a wild boar chase and were suddenly attacked by it.5.Snake island,El Nindo- snake island is one of the busier destination on the list but still more than worthy of note. El Nindo- is a traveler's paradise with charming bars, restaurant and island hopping opportunities to explore the lagoons,cave and isolate beaches. So that all bye!.
