The two periodic tables of the units of measure are based on the new mass units that replace the kilogram. The primitive dimensions of mass are square meters of the continuum. That is explained in the book by Alan Folmsbee: The Strength of Gravity vs. Charge. There are 8 dimensions in The Folmsbee Gravity Theory, four for gravity and four dimensions for the electricity continuum. Each Periodic Table of Units has seconds on the horizontal axis and meters on the vertical axis. Thirty standard units of measure are now defined using only meters and seconds, raised to integer powers. Previously, force used kilograms in its units, so now force is meters^3 / second^2 .

Notice that temperature has units like voltage, but temperature is defined in the Gravity Continuum. Boltzmann's Constant is redefined as 1.38 * 10^-23 meter^2 for scaling an effective range for thermal velocities of particles. Coulombs are replaced by square meters of continuum. Mass and charge are not inside particles, they are localized near particles. Read the derivations in The Trilogy of Theoretical Physics.
