Louis Costa was born on August 3, 1989, in Larnaca, Cyprus. He is an actor, Singer and Songwriter Best known for his stint on the X Factor and for his work on the film Lost in Space (film). He is the younger brother of Pop Star and actor Antony Costa of boyband Blue.

Louis Costa was born in Larnaca Cyprus and Grew up in North London, England. His father is Greek Cypriot and his Mother is Jewish.

He Started acting at the tender age of 4 years old attending the Sharon Harris Drama School in North West London. At a young age Louis would be lucky to star in aafew commercials (His most notable being - A McDonalds Commercial which launched the "Hot Wheels for Boys" and "Barbies for Girls" campaign)

As a Child Louis was lucky enough to be involved in various films and work with actors such as Mel Gibson, Gary Oldman, Bob Hoskins, Gerard Depedieu, Matt LeBlanc,

Heather Graham, Mimi Rogers, William Hurt and the late, great Robin Williams (Who Louis credits as ‘The funniest person he has ever been on set wth’)

His major film break came when he was cast to play the body double/stunt double/stand in for the character "Will Robinson" played by (Jack Johnson) in Lost in Space (1998).

Louis Decided to attend Susi Earnshaw Theatre School in East Barnet.

Louis Attended I.P.O.P 2007 (International presentation of performers) in Beverly hills, CA and Swept up winning "Best teen scene" "Best Monologue" and "Actor of the year" beating 2000 teenagers to each category. This was the major turning point in Louis life as he decided to up and move to Hollywood, California at the tender age of 18 to pursue his love of acting further.

While Out in Hollywood, Louis attended the oldest college on the west coast “Theatre Of Arts” and starred in various plays and Short films, Louis was taken under the wing of his teacher - Nicolette Chaffey Murray (wife and Partner of Theater Legend Jeff Murray) He Credits her as a major influence in not only his Professional but his personal life also.

While out in LA, Louis took a free songwriting/Vocal Recording lesson that was open to the general Public and found that he could write lyrics with ease.

Louis credits this as the first time he realized he could do something with the “melodies in his head”. Louis ended his LA stay after 2 years and returned back to the UK to pursue his acting and new found singing/songwriting career, Entering X Factor in 2011 (Also being the only x factor artist to achieve 400,000 combined views in the 10 minutes after his audition). He also started performing at various Open Mic Nights around London, honing his craft and using the exposure The X Factor gave him.

To this date as a singer/songwriter he has worked with various unsigned acts as well as working closely with his brother while building up his vast catalogue of songs.

He was also in a band with jay Asforis called "the Chase" gaining minimal Success. The band Disbanded in 2011.

Most notably he recorded and was In the far stages of commissioning a jingle to Marmite Group to use in their Winter Campaign for the far East and Asia.

During all of this, Louis decided to go back to what he loved, Teaching drama. Taking positions in various drama schools around the UK and gaining valuable experience and many plaudits along the way (Most notably a very High Regard by Harrow Council for his work throughout the community)

Louis is a Tottenham Hotspur fan.
