This article is about raising voices against the abusive and destructive behavior of the apartment complex for profit business Abode Communities within California. If you are a victim of racial discrimination, sexism, questionable and illegal rent increases, retaliation by a racist neighbor amd manager, among other issues wrong with these terrible managed apartment complexes, you can file a complaint with city hall and the health department.

CDPH: (916) 558-1784

Regardless if you belong to section 8 housing or use vouchers, your rights matter.

Such issues include:

1) Feces from pets and human fecal matter. Such Abode Communities contract and lease states that there shall be no pets residing within the premises. This excludes those with real and legal reasons such as medical conditions, service animals, and certified emotional support animals. There is a doctor by the first name of, possibly being, "Carlos," who illegally writes fake medical notices to which most residents abuse of, so that their pets can stay alongside them for free. Those with real medical disabilities and issues, are ridiculed,as not everyone within the complexes have mental illnesses. Fecal matter includes in other residents lawns, gardens, property, and on their porch. And the incessant barking as well. Is this a part of the lease?

2) Some residents claim to be ill when in fact they obtain biased immunity over illegal use of power such as threats, slurs, and discrimination against a or many groups due to their religion, race, ethnicity, gender, and other. Complaints have surged but management has threatened retaliation, due to management siding with the criminals that reside within the complexes. The supervisors are also to blame as handouts for management to read, have done nothing but anger the unmoved behinds of management.

3) No smoking. No smoking is a law within the complex that is and has been violated every day for over 13 years now. Some residents smoke outside in the parking lots, balconies, and in residents faces. Even with evidence, management and city hall again have done nothing. The smell of weed and tobacco is what lawful and paying residents go through on a daily basis.

4) Selling and purchasing of drugs. There are at least a few criminals within the residential area. Unfortunately, even with evidence of such neighbors being caught selling and distributing and purchasing drugs, weed, and tobacco, management refuses to get their hands dirty this way, but does accept dirty money for rent purposes.

5) Cameras. Cameras have not been updated since the building has been built. Claims by management that nothing cannot be seen clearly, is not a good excuse. Taking the word of a resident as truth after a crime has been committed by them, regardless of checking the cameras, is suspicious behavior on both ends. Cameras must be updated via city hall etc..Then city hall is another to blame as they only send in the fire department to check on the fire alarms and wake people up from their scheduled sleep after a long night of work. If residents make individual complaints, it will become a collective complaint that can be seen by city hall and maybe only then the issue will be resolved. If not, take to the news media.

6) Parking spaces. Non residents take up residents paid parking and at times are hostile. Call the police immediately and a tow truck. It wont happen again. Who cares if their grandparents are sick. They can please park out in front. Not in residents' assigned and limited parking.

7) Garbage bins are full to the brim and it always smells. Theres always televisions, fridges, furniture, etcetera, lying around everywhere. Call the health department and city hall and report this.
