This account and page were created in order to publish a Wikipedia entry for Patrick C. Kennell, Ph.D, Director of the Center for Intensive English Studies at Florida State University. Dr. Kennell was a student of Dr. Frederick L. Jenks, founder and director of CIES from 1979-2002.[1] Dr. Kennell was named his successor in 2002.
