Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake (formerly Soltini) is a fictional character from the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital. The role has been portrayed by Kimberly McCullough off and on since the character's debut in 1985. McCullough also appeared the daytime spin-off series Port Charles and the primetime spin-off General Hospital: Night Shift for two seasons on SOAPNet. She also crossed over for a short period of time to All My Children in 2001. She is the daughter of 1980's supercouple Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Robin came to mainstream attention during a 1990's story arc where her boyfriend Stone Cates (Michael Sutton) dies from AIDS, with Robin diagnosed as HIV-positive. Robin is also famous in the soap community for having been one of the few long-term soap characters to age in real time, not SORAS'ed like most other child actors. The character further came to light again following McCullough's decision to depart the series in 2012 to further her directing career. Whoever, following a new regime, the character was kept alive off-screen, and returned full-time in 2013.
