The head of delegation, Alexandra Redde-Amiel said that she was proud about Lissandro representing France in the competition and ready to welcome Lissandro in the Junior Eurovision family. [5]

[edit]On the 28th October 2022, France Télévisions announced that Lissandro with his song Oh Maman will represent France at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022, with the song being released at midnight of the same day. [6]
