Use two equal signs to create a Heading two (like My Sandbox above) Heading one is for top level, so start your headings with heading two. Use three equal signs for heading three like this

  1. Use a number sign or the pound symbol in front of your text to show a numbered list
  2. Use two single quotation marks around a word to make it appear in italics
  3. Use three single quotation marks around a word to make it appear in bold

Adding an image - first click on Toolbox at left and "Upload file". Choose your own image or copyright cleared image and upload the file. Then find that file -under "Contributions", and get the full file name. Add it by following the coding example below.
