- After a long and valiant struggle, Bella Beane succumbed to a severe leg injury on 3 December 2007
If there were such a thing as a heaven for horses, our 'Beans' would surely qualify:
- A wonderful companion, steadfast and true, devoted to her master, our daughter;
- A talented show horse, surefooted on the jumps, elegant on the flat, and fast in barrel races;
- Sweet of disposition, yet full of spunk, the alpha mare of the barn;
- Loved and admired by all who knew her.
- We will miss you, Beans. You were with us for far too short a time.
