Article Evaluation - Job Satisfaction The article itself appears neutral, but one subtopic seems astray from rest of the article, and that's the "genetics" section. It discusses genetics as a possibility for negative job satisfaction and "heredity," but there didn't seem to be specific data for why heredity would effect someone's job satisfaction. Unless the author decided to discuss as outside influence as a reason, rather than heredity.
