SUCCESS Academy (Southern Utah Center for Computer, Engineering, Computer and Science Students) is an early college high school based in Cedar City, Utah. SUCCESS Academy has two campuses, one located at Southern Utah University (SUU) in the Iron County school district and at Dixie State College in the Washington County school district.[5]
History
[edit]SUCCESS Academy was established in 2005 in Iron County and had its first graduating class of around 20 students in 2008[6] In 2007 the Dixie State College campus was opened having its first graduating class in spring of 2009. SUCCESS Academy is funded by the Utah Partnership with seed money provided by the Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation [7]
