Klutz Kollij is a university that was founded in 1990, when Darwahl (of Darwall's 148th) wanted to teach his son, Clis Clingle, how to build a physharmonica. Dissatisfied with the apparent lack of quality teaching at the local pub, he founded the Kollij upon the proposition that all protoplasm are free and in the wild. When Darwahl passed away in 1999, Clis took up the position of Tergum at the Kollij. However, several experiments concerning the brains of mammals, Clis's mental capacity was rather inhibited (as a pert of the experiment, his brain had been removed and transplanted into the body of a gorilla) and was obliged to step down as Tergum and become Head Professor. The new Tergum, William B. Baggins, is still presiding today. Under "Bil", (yes, with one "l") the tergage of the Kollij has been greatly increased, and a new affiliation with the NFW has allowed for many new advertising opportunities.
