User:Kingsif/List of businesspeople depicted in The American Library (2018)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

People notable for business and management whose names are depicted on books of, and lives are profiled as part of, Yinka Shonibare's The American Library installation art.[1] The artwork features 3,200 people who are immigrants, or descendants of recent immigrants, to the United States, or migrants of the Great Migration, and who have significantly contributed to American culture. Many of these people have overcome discrimination, and/or have worked with a focus on the topic of immigration. Some have anti-immigration views.
