Suncrest elementary school was established in 1953. It is one of 2 schools in school district 41 that offers the MACC program. The mac program is gifted education, and there is 2 schools in School District 41 who offer it; Suncrest Elementary school, and capitol Hill elementary school. Suncrest elementary school offers 2 MACC classes. 1 with grades 4/5, and one with grades 6/7.
