I have not received permission from Rktect to post the content of the emails. Until I do, I'm providing a brief summary of them here.

First email

Rktect sends an email containing various snippets from talk pages which lay out his theory that there is a conspiracy against him. It's similar in tone and style to various other similar accusations that the arbitrators have access to on Wikipedia. Total size: about 25k.

Second email

an accusatory reply to a comment I posted on another user's talk page: [1].

Third email

This link and a vague intimation of bias. I don't read Dutch, but assume that the whole is uncomplimentary in some fashion.
