Kelvin Mubiana Katukula holds an MPhil in Science and Technology Studies from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and a MA in Primary Education from the University of Eastern Finland. He works in the UNAM Grant Management Office under the Pro-Vice-Chancellor: Research, Innovation, and Development and lectures in the school of education. Previously, Kelvin served as an administrative support to students and academics concerning student assessments in the Registrar’s Office and taught sciences in Finnish and Namibian Schools.
