Content

[edit]

Guiding questions:

  • Is the content added relevant to the topic? Most definitely. Happy to see that the editors have added a biography section that consists of each rappers background and information. And they did it in the correct order starting off with T.O which is basically the lead of the group. They've also added more references as well, 21 in fact to back it all up. Good work.
  • Is the content added up-to-date? Yes, all content is relevant.
  • Is there content that is missing or content that does not belong? No all the content is important and belongs.

Tone and Balance

[edit]

Guiding questions:

  • Is the content added neutral? It's neutral, things are balanced out
  • Are there any claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? Nope. It is all neutral content regarding background and information about the rappers in the group, nothing advertising the group either.
  • Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented? Nada.
  • Does the content added attempt to persuade the reader in favor of one position or away from another? It does not.

Sources and References

[edit]

Guiding questions:

  • Is all new content backed up by a reliable secondary source of information? Yes, even if they are articles, blogs, interviews, etc, that is fine since there will of course not be an academic textbook on this recent rap group.
  • Are the sources thorough - i.e. Do they reflect the available literature on the topic? Yes these sources contain thorough details about rappers in the group and the group itself.
  • Are the sources current? Yes they are all relevant and up to date, 2018-2020!
  • Check a few links. Do they work? All the 21 references they have added are clickable, however there are some references that do not work/not clickable links: References #6, #7, #8, 18, #20, and #24.

Organization

[edit]

Guiding questions:

  • Is the content added well-written - i.e. Is it concise, clear, and easy to read? Yes the content is well-written and consists of citations to back it up.
  • Does the content added have any grammatical or spelling errors? Not any major grammatical errors that I've found. Just small punctuation errors such as commas. And hyphens for words such as soft-spoken. Nothing major, grammar is really good and understandable.
  • Is the content added well-organized - i.e. broken down into sections that reflect the major points of the topic? Yes, they have included biographies that include each member and also extended the background section as well. This is well organized and I like how they listed out the members based on importance and their contribution to the group.

For New Articles Only

[edit]

If the draft you're reviewing is a new article, consider the following in addition to the above.

  • Does the article meet Wikipedia's Notability requirements - i.e. Is the article supported by 2-3 reliable secondary sources independent of the subject?
  • How exhaustive is the list of sources? Does it accurately represent all available literature on the subject?
  • Does the article follow the patterns of other similar articles - i.e. contain any necessary infoboxes, section headings, and any other features contained within similar articles?
  • Does the article link to other articles so it is more discoverable?

Overall impressions

[edit]

Guiding questions:

  • Has the content added improved the overall quality of the article - i.e. Is the article more complete? The content that the editors have added improved the article FOR SURE. Looks much better and is important that each member has their own section, nice work. They've also extended content in the background section which makes it look more towards complete.
  • What are the strengths of the content added? The sections that have been added and the parts of each individual artist and also adding 21 more references.
  • How can the content added be improved? Maybe add more about Young T.O since he is sometimes an individual artist and he collaborates with artists outside from SOB x RBE. Photos of each group member would be nice if they're able to be obtained. They should also include some information about Kiing Rod, as he was also solo rapper but a member of SOB X RBE and made in hit songs in the group such as: Knockdown. And other songs such as Rampage and double back.
