As a child growing up in Carrollton, TX, Kellen often enjoyed the authentic Mexican cuisine offered by Pollo Salsa. Since browsing wikipedia's List of Mexican restaurants Kellen was appalled to find that his favorite Mexican chicken restaurant wasn't listed despite having two locations at time of writing.
