On most requests for adminship (RfA) that I choose to participate in, you'll see me in the support column. Be rest assured that I thoroughly review each candidate, though I will, by default, support any candidate, unless there is solid evidence to suggest that the editor in question will likely misuse or abuse the tools. I don't really care about number of automated edits or lack of 5 Featured Articles. Obviously some content creation is required, as this is an Encyclopedia, but I do recognize the fact that none of the administrative tasks require the ability to write professional quality work.

Naturally, some admin candidates express no interest in certain areas -- some content builders will only need the tools for the odd G6 deletion, and the odd block after final warning. I have no problem supporting specialty admins as long as they are familiar with the area that they intend to work.

Bottom line: if you becoming an administrator is a net positive for the Project, I will support your request.
