CoP - for "Controlling of Projects" - is a software product family and provides for web based multi project management for company divisions or whole companies, beginning with planning, via controlling and resource management to pre-billing.

It was first released in 2001 and is available in German, English and other languages.

CoPTrack is a comprehensive, fully web-based project management software. It is in spite of the performance scale intuitive and easy to use[1], so fast the first results to be achieved.

By CoPTrack any time you get an overview on all matters on individual projects, project groups or through the planing of resources and the capacity of the departments.

CoPTrack provides for a professional project management:

CoPTrack is modular. This allows only the required areas to activate, so only these are visible.

CoP.Track supports planning, controlling, the time up to and including the payroll service. It provides an excellent resource management and the integration of projects in corporate structures. Unique are the possibilities of the multi-project management, use of external sub-projects and control of suppliers. Management cockpits provide information on current project status and programs.

Is completed the software through a Web-document system, and an innovative workflow engine to support all work and work around projects (distribution of documents, coordination and approval processes, query processing, task management and scheduling, tickets and complaint processing, among others) .

CoP2go

CoP2go is standalone java application, expands the central web systems for a mobile, offline planning and presentation. Projects can be locally on a PC/laptop stored and processed at a later date with the central database to be synchronized. CoP2go is free.
