Omuthiya Gwiipundi: A town to be for the mean time

[edit]

One of the latest, fast growing towns in the northern Namibia is the former drive through resting place called Omuthiya Gwiipundi.[1]. [2]. Since its proclaimed township status and the capital city of Oshikoto Region, the resting place have since become the inhabitant to many. Investors are overcrowding the place seeking for business opportunities.[3]. Since then, the land have become expensive and many offices have located from Tsumeb to the new capital city of the region.[4]. However, due to lack of any industrial activities in the town, the future of this town is unpredicable as there isn't any attraction to the said town.[5].
