Hafiz Rashid Ahmed Choudhury (born: ) is an Indian politician and lawyer.[2][3] He contested the 2024 Loksabha election on congress ticket from Karimganj[4], where he lost to BJP's Kripanath Mallah by 18,360 votes.[5]

Choudhury later moved to the Gauhati High Court, seeking justice and claiming that irregularities occurred during the vote counting process. In response, the Gauhati High Court issued summons to Kripanath Mallah.[6][5]
