JustTryingToBeSmart (born June 1, 2001), is an American man who enjoys to edit Wikipedia in his free time. Smart first created his Wikipedia account when he saw various grammar issues on articles across Wikipedia—mostly related to hip-hop music. Smart is most commonly editing music related articles as music is his favorite topic, but he has also edited articles about sports, schools, and other articles—mostly that he noticed grammar issues on, or formatting issues.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia—Smart became interested in writing when he was just five years old, when his Kindergarten teacher always bragged on him as the "only student in the class that aced his writing assignments." Smart is a U.S. citizen, being born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia (as previously noted above). Smart briefly attended the University of Georgia but dropped out soon after as he was the youngest person in all of his classes, Smart also didn’t enjoy any of his classes except for Honors English. Smart also briefly worked jobs at McDonald's, Long John Silver's, and Dicks Sporting Goods during his teenage years.
