Riddell has recently come out with a new design of helmets, the Riddell Speed Flex. This new helmet uses elements of Riddell's older helmets, the 360 and the Revolution, such as Side Impact Protection and All Points Quick Release face mask attachment system.

Reflection:

On the Football helmets page, I found that most of its contents were a little outdated yet mostly accurate. To start, on the talk page I mentioned that there was a comment about scientists at Ohio St who were the first to introduce microphones in helmets, but there was no link or citation. In addition, I felt that the page lacked new / more updated pictures of today's football helmets, so I added a picture from 2016 of an Iowa St. helmet through Wikimedia. Also, the sub category "Recent Designs" was very much lacking, as the most recent thing they had was the advancements of helmets in 2007. So, I added the information and citations about the Riddell Speed Flex and the new helmet Vicis. Along with this, I expanded the Schutt helmet paragraph to include how Schutt has recently taken to designing youth helmets and varsity helmets differently, with youth being made of ABS while varsity helmets are made of polycarbonate.

I also expanded the Modern Helmet components section, specifically the Inflatable padding section. Before, it only talked about the history and how inflatable padding came to be, so I added Schutt Sport's addition of thermoplastic urethane, and how this helped make helmets safer.

I now feel more confident that this Wikipedia page is more accurate and much more updated with today's advancements, especially under the "Recent Designs" sub category. The page had a lot of information to begin with, but is now much more up to date in my opinion.
