About the Bill

[edit]
This is inside the Senate building in the District of Columbia where Senator Barbra Boxer (D-CA) introduced the Equal Access to COBRA Act on March 10, 2011.

COBRA is an acronym for Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act.[5] The Equal Access to COBRA Act gives health care coverage to same-sex couples, and LGBTQ families only for a limited time after their employment has expired.
